Developed with the goal of introducing powerful and precise yet environmentally-friendly products into data-centre markets, NEC Express5800/iModel servers feature 1U rack optimized size with dedicated DC use design including electricity-power consumption saving architecture. This helps data centers, which house thousands of servers each, to effectively save huge electricity cost drastically, while enabling them to operate effectively such as remote KVM functionality. These compact NEC servers are also created to significantly reduce power consumption, weight, and cooling requirements, while the energy-efficient power supplies and components work in tandem with optimized designs and active monitoring software management systems to deliver greater operating efficiency in relation to typical server loads.
