Singapore, 20 August 2019 – NEC Asia Pacific announced today the official launch of the new P605UL– a 6,000 ANSI lumens WXUGA laser projector in Singapore. This new P605U is also the brightest projector in the popular P Series line.

NEC’s newest P605UL has a 20,000-hour life and its uniquely sealed LCD cooling system creates a maintenance-free projection solution. This system prevents dust from reaching the optics and thus, eliminates the need for a filter. In addition, the noise level is exceptionally low at 19dB (with ECO mode on), making it ideal for distraction-free classrooms and meeting rooms.

To address the demand for a reliable, high-performing display solution, the P605UL’s enhanced MultiPresenter functionality enables wireless presentation and screen sharing for up to 16 concurrent devices with comprehensive network connectivity options. Making the NEC P605UL more attractive is its high-performance video processing capabilities as it is able to support content up to 4K/30Hz. Along with its high brightness, the projector touts an impressive 600,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio too.

Installation is made easier with the versatility of the P605UL; the projector has a tilt-free function that allows it to be rotated freely (360°) and the portrait mode function helps with vertical alignment for content with that requirement. In addition, the projector also has built-in HDBaseT and dual HDMI inputs for greater convenience.
