Singapore, 26 September 2019 – NEC Asia Pacific, a leading provider in public safety solutions, today announced its participation at this year’s GovernmentWare (GovWare) conference and showcase at the Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre from 01-03 October 2019.

As the cornerstone event of the Singapore International Cyber Week, GovWare brings over 200 key decision makers from public and private sectors together to exchange views on strategic developments and trends in cybersecurity.

•    Multi-modal biometric immigration gate that incorporates both face and iris recognition technologies to facilitate a smooth and secure identity verification process.
•    NEC Enhanced Video Analytic (EVA) platform utilizing AI technology for integrated command center applications (e.g. human behavior detection, crowd behavior analysis, abnormal behavior/removal detection, age/gender estimation, etc.).
NEC will also showcase cyber and physical security solutions from its partners, including BlackRidge Technology and G element, among others.  

Walter Lee, Evangelist & Government Relations Leader, NEC Corporation, will also speak on “Securing the 5th Dimension – 5G and Industry 4.0” on 01 October, 1.00pm – 1.40pm (MR303 - 304, Level 3).
